Training Part 1 - Basics

Training ... everything would be so much easier if it didn't exist ;). But obviously it does. And we'll have to practice it with a certain perseverance and willpower. So, after this little joking intro we'll talk about what we should know on this topic, with a sort of guidelines that will help beginners, both finswimmers and trainers, to practice it in the best way possible.
